AQUAMIX PENETRATING SEALER is a natural-look, below-surface sealer designed to resist stains. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 1 hour prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission. Uses: Recommended for use on porous tile, natural stone and masonry. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. Expected wear is up to 5 years. Extreme weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear. Coverage: Approximately 300 to 1,000 sq. ft. per coat per gallon, depending on type of tile, porosity and texture of surface, temperature, humidity and method of application.
