It offers a maximum working height of 8.26 inches / 210 mm, enabling precise control for small processing tasks such as stamping leather, aluminum, jewelry, handicraft production, ID card making, and leather projects.
- Precise Control: The arbor press is equipped with a ratchet handle and an adjustable anti-slip bar. It allows you to switch between precise handwheel control (ideal for delicate jewelry setting) and the long handle (releasing the full 2-ton force for heavy-duty work like metal stamping). Simply tighten the ratchet handle screw and adjust the bar length to adapt to any project, saving time and effort.
- Versatile Applications: The arbor press comes with a reversible ram and a removable steel anvil. The gears within the gear rack are uniform, sturdy, and wear-resistant, preventing jamming. The removable steel anvil has a diameter of 6.3 inches / 160 mm and a thickness of 20 mm. This ultra-thick steel anvil plate provides ample work support. It features 4 slot widths: 50/40/30/20 mm. This plate can be easily replaced or adjusted to accommodate different workpieces.
- High-Strength Hardened Structure: The manual arbor press requires no power source and is forged from high-strength cast iron.
