Q: Which charging port should I use to charge my device?
A: Thanks to the Smart IC Technology, each charging port can charge any device with max speed, no need to decide between them.
Q: My device charge at 1apm, will this charger's 8 amp output harm it?
A: No, the charger will only supply the maximum charge current allowed by your device because of the Smart IC Technology.
Q: There're some other chargers indicating each port for different Amps and different devices, why does your device only indicate Smart for all?
A: Some other chargers in the market don't use Smart IC technology, so they don't have above Smart features and have to indicate each port for fixed current and devices, and consumers have to follow each port for different device. Arteck consumers no need to consider that.
