★ Simply heat the stone in an oven or stove top to be sizzling hot, ready to serve on the table to cook a perfect meal!
★ Grill like professional chef! You control exactly how the steak is cooked at your table to enjoy a healthy, tasty & flavorful meal
★ Put the stone in a COLD oven and heat it for 40 to 60 minutes with 500 °F ( or put the stone on a stovetop, turn up the heat gradually, use heat sensor gun to check its temperature), take it out when it stays at 500 °F (always use oven glove to serve hot stone to avoid being burned! ) and put it on the bamboo tray. The stone remains effectively hot to grill your food for about 15 to 25 minutes.
