- Requires thick front seal
- Does not have the front cross member notch
This is a new Chevy small block chrome painted stock capacity oil pan which fits 1958-1979 Chevy 262-267-283-305-327-350-400 engines. 4 quart (stock) capacity. The dipstick is on the driver side and you can use the original oil pump pickup. Has a two-piece rear main seal. Requires use of thick front seal.
Does NOT fit 1962-1967 Chevy II Novas with steering behind the crossmember, Vega/Monza V8 or 302 high performance engines. Does not come with pickup tube.
