The low height and tight fiber makes it much easier to vaccum than typical carpet. To install simply place carpet tile onto the flat surface in a desired pattern. Each box contains different colors and patterns and therefore no two boxes are the same. Adhesive or double sided tape is often used to keep the carpet tiles in place.
