CSR's aptX audio codec compresses high-quality audio further, enabling it to fit within Bluetooth's limited bandwidth. With Bluetooth version 4.0, Enhanced Data Rate (EDR), and low energy consumption technology, you can transfer data up to 3 Mbps and enjoy the freedom of connecting up to 33 feet away. Windows 7: Please make sure .NET 4.0 (or newer) Framework is installed prior to installing CSR Harmony software. .NET Framework can be installed by using Windows Update. Windows 8/8.1: Please make sure .NET 3.5 Framework is installed. After installing CSR Harmony, Windows should prompt you to install it. Mac OS X: CSR Harmony software is not supported on OS X but the adapter will work with OS X native drivers and Bluetooth Profiles.
