- Apply HY-ÖL Cleanser to dry skin and massage in gently, then apply Phyto HY-ÖL Booster over top and work in. Moisten fingertips with cool water and massage the cleanser in circular motions until it forms a milky emulsion. Rinse thoroughly with water.
