- 100% NATURAL MATERIALS - 70% bamboo fibre on 30% cotton substrate, the perfect combination for feel and function. Environmentally friendly ( see Product Description below). 60cm by 120cm.
- FEEL - bamboo toweling is very soft & pleasant next to the skin, often described as feeling like cashmere.
- FUNCTION - bamboo's natural wicking properties means it is very efficient at drying the skin (sweat/water), and it won't 'skid' off your skin like microfiber does. The cotton provides an ideal substrate matrix for the bamboo, giving lifetime durability and wash cycle longevity. Color fast. Wash 30-50 degree C.
- NATURALLY ANTIMICROBIAL/ANTIBACTERIAL - this is an intrinsic property of bamboo fibre (see Product Description below) . Naturally mould, bacterial, odour resistant. NOT treated with antibacterial agents - NO NEED!

WICKING
- The textile resembles the plant, which is extremely efficient at absorbing moisture, holding up to three times its weight in water.
- This property helps to draw water/sweat away from the skin.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
- Highly sustainable due to rapid growth (up to 3ft a day!) and high yield.
- Generally no irrigation required - requires 1/3 amount of water compared to cotton.
- Absorbs up to 4 times more CO2 than a young forest.
- Root system not uprooted during harvest, preventing soil erosion.
- Bamboo is biodegradable, and can be composted and disposed in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Pesticides and fertilizers not required during growth.
ANTIBACTERIAL
- Bamboo's unique antibacterial quality is due to an antimicrobial bio-agent called "bamboo kun" which is found naturally in the fiber.
- This makes bamboo a naturally antibacterial, antifungal and odor resistant fiber, even through multiple washings.
- This also explains why pesticides are not required for growing.
