- [0-100μm, INDEX VALUE 5μm]--We have four kinds of single groove grindometer: 0-25μm, 0-50μm ( index value is 2.5μm) 0-100μm, 0-150μm ( index value is 5μm). Single Fineness gauge, with a spatula, stainless steel by forging (4Cr13) is made with a certain slope of the groove. Scale in microns (μm), the accuracy of fineness plate grooves ± 1μm.
- [USING AND READING]--Put some particles on the deeper groove, then use scraper to scrape them from deeper to low groove. Immediately (not over 5 seconds) observe the tick mark of grain visible in the channel, this numerical value is the fineness.
