White Quart Shimrin Graphic Kolors (SG), BC25 and BC26 are universal basecoats that may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a basecoat for Kandys or Pearls. HOUSE OF KOLOR SHIMRIN Universal Base Coat may simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Due to their unique chemistry they may be top coated with either an acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel. SHIMRIN White Basecoat offers full coverage in 3-4 coats. Clear for a final finish, or use as a base for Kandys.
