  • 16*2L Colorant Barrels: The colorant dispenser is equipped with 16 colorant barrels, each with a capacity of 2 liters. Users can add different colorants to the barrels to blend the desired final color. The stirring rods inside the barrels rotate slowly to mix the colorants, ensuring their stability and uniformity.
  • High Safety: A safety interlock device is installed on the ink mixing and color-matching machine to prevent door opening during operation. The transparent door is connected to the power supply; when the door is opened, the power automatically shuts off, halting the mixing process. This design fully safeguards both operator safety and machine operational security.
  • Automatic Clamping System: Utilizes a dual-plate design for automatic clamping and release of paint buckets. The fully automatic sensor system handles paint mixing, ensuring thorough, multidirectional blending for consistent paint quality. If plates fail to automatically rise to the correct position, manually operate using the lift switch.
  • Dual-Pump Dual-Scale: Each colorant mixing tank features a dual-pump scale with black and red scales that can be raised or lowered to expel air from the pump. This ensures precise measurement, colorant stability, and accurate colorant ratios. Rotating blade electric stirring ensures uniform distribution of color paste without causing sedimentation.
