Bending Branches Beavertail straight shaft canoe paddle is ideal for canoers just starting out or for those learning different paddling strokes. The blade can be more universally used on both rivers and lakes, or very technical rivers conditions when needing to maneuver around tight paddling conditions, as you can use both sides of the blade. Our dedication to our craft has produced a canoeing paddle that allows its companion to paddle farther and more efficiently- effortless canoeing at every stroke. The Beavertail canoe paddle is available in lengths from 54 inches to 63 inches (in 3-inch increments). Due to the varied density of wood, all canoe paddles could have a +/- 10% variance in weight.
