BIA Cordon Bleu Set of 4 Corn Dishes

Nestle your corn on the cob into an individual white ceramic serving dish. Pour in melted butter--which won't get away, because the sides of the dish curl upward to a height of more than an inch. The ends are slightly lower, to accommodate stick-in corn holders. For an extra-special taste treat (or to hide the fact that you didn't just run in from the field with fresh-picked corn) add lime juice and chile powder to the melted butter.
