Description

  • Precise Construction Leveling: Metal screed chairs can also be used to help adjust the base surface to a perfectly level state. They are suitable for leveling gravel in concrete pads, leveling sand bases for patios or masonry paving, and leveling soil in landscape areas, enabling quick and accurate control over the height of concrete slabs and structural components
  • All-Metal Construction: Metal Screed Chairs are made entirely of metal, constructed from metal tubes with a diameter of 6.3 inches. They are designed for use with 1/2-inch diameter steel rebars. The leveling tool is compatible with metal tubes having an outer diameter of 2 inches, and its galvanized surface allows for repeated use
  • Compatible with Grade Tool (Height-Measuring Pointer): First, a reference line needs to be set to the finished surface. If you are pouring concrete along a wall, maintain the reference line at a distance of approximately 12 to 16 inches from the wall to allow the screed chairs to move freely. Next, cut a 1/2-inch diameter steel rebar to the required length, then use the leveling tool and continue driving it in with a hammer until the pointer on the tool aligns with the reference line
  • Use with Leveling Plates: Driving steel rebars into softer ground helps prevent the rebars from sinking during the screeding process (recommended when using heavy-duty screed tubes or large-scale screeding equipment). When used together with a grade tool (height-measuring tool), leveling plates make it extremely easy and fast to set up the chairs for leveling
  • Package Contents: Each package includes 100 concrete metal screed tube supports, specially designed for stable and precise leveling operations. Accompanying these supports chair is a grade tool (height-measuring instrument), which features reusable functionality to ensure long-term usability.
