This warranty applies to BKT Agricultural Radial tires for amaximum period of five years (60 months) from the dateof manufacture for any defect in workmanship and/ormaterials and for three years (36 months) for field hazardand stubble damage. This limited warranty covers all BKT-branded Agriculturalradial tires as designated in BKT’s Agricultural productcatalogue and other relevant books. A covered tire thatbecomes unserviceable (i.e. cannot be repaired per RMAStandards) due to a workmanship/material condition, filedhazard or stubble damage and has at least 5/32nds of aninch tread remaining is eligible for examination/replacementunder this limited warranty.
