The V4, V5 model, which are the newest version, have a minimum failure load of 120 lbs for #2, 150 lbs for #4, and 160 lbs for #6. The gimbal twisting test to failure showed that our rod butts withstand a 50 lb side twist without rod holder support, which is consistent with other brands.
