Pappy's XXX White Lightnin' BBQ Sauce is a great example of the unique style of barbecue in Kentucky. Pappy's XXX White Lightnin' has received numerous honors throughout the barbecue industry, including the 2001 Scovie Award, recognized internationally as the top award for spicy foods.
