BQLZR Serrated Flange Hex Lock Nuts for Machinery Industry M6 x 0.35inch Pack of 120
- Nylon lock nut with flange. The component's elastic nylon inserts fit snugly against the fasteners and are designed to prevent loosening. The integrated flange provides the nut with greater load-bearing capacity.
- The thread diameter of these components is approximately 6 mm and the flange diameter is approximately 14 mm. Made of carbon steel with galvanized finish, high hardness and long service life. Using nylon inserts, these locking nuts greatly reduce loosening under vibration and torque.
- Nuts are reusable up to 50 times and used with bolts, washers or screws as fasteners when mechanically joining materials without damaging the threads of the fasteners they are used with.
- Vibration is not loose. The flange design allows the nut to span larger holes than standard nylon insert stop nuts while providing a more uniform bearing stress to clamping force ratio.
