I went down to my own knees and grasped the waistband of his pants. I looked up at him one more time to make sure this was what he wanted me to do, but I was still met with a blank stare. I popped open the button and slid his zipper down quickly, and then wriggled his pants down his legs. His sodden underwear pressed against his manhood in a way that made it obvious that Johnny wasn't such a little boy after all.

"Here, lay down so I can get these pants off," I said, pushing him backwards. He followed my lead and got down on his back with his legs out straight. There was no way I was lifting him up onto that change table. I pulled his pants right off his legs and threw them into a hamper by his crib. I grabbed the wipes from the table again and got back down beside him. Here goes nothing. I grasped the sides of his underwear and gave them a tug. They got caught on his bulge for a moment, but then came free quickly and slid to his knees. He penis flopped forward and I let out a little gasp. It was huge. Easily about ten inches and quite thick, even in the half hard state it was in now. But what really surprised me was that it was completely shaved. He really took this baby thing seriously.
