- Proofing Basket Bread Forms made from wood pulp ensure even proofing of bread. In wood pulp forms, the temperature is optimally maintained.
- Lightly dust with flour (wheat flour, baker's starch, or oat flour). Then place the round-shaped dough into the form for proofing. Once the dough is fully proofed, it can be tipped out or gently shaken out of the form, allowing for direct baking on a baking stone or baking sheet.
- Size: Ideal for 2.2 lbs of bread, suitable for breads ranging from 1.65 lbs to 3.3 lbs. Dimensions: Top Inner: 11.4 inches x 5.1 inches, the basket is 2.8 inches high.
- Sustainable: 70% less weight and therefore less CO2 during transport - made in Germany - takes up less space when stacked - compostable - made from FSC wood - quick drying
- Cleaning: Dont use water or wiping with a damp cloth! Allow the basket to air dry after use. You can tap out any excess flour residue. For thorough cleaning, brush the basket carefully with a suitable brush.
- Not heat-resistant – not suitable for the oven.
