Anatomically shaped 6-Panel professional construction creates body-hugging curvature that gives extra support and enhances performance, 9-Inch inseam. Wide bib mesh straps - for comfort, support and ventilation. Useful back pocket. Whether you're relatively new to riding, or have recently decided to get more serious about your fitness and training, you're ready to bridge the gap from traditional cycling shorts to bib shorts. If you're already a convert then you'll probably know exactly what we're talking about! Many who start using bibs say that they will never look back - sounds like what we all used to say about pedals when clipless were first introduced. Bib shorts are found by most, if not all, to be the most comfortable option for a riding short - but of course this relies heavily on getting the fit right (see the size guide of waist measurement above). Lack of a waistband and the fact that bib straps serve to hold the shorts up in proper position significantly contribute to the comfort factor. Preferred by professional cyclists and general enthusiasts alike, with a cycling jersey worn over the top bystanders can't tell the difference between bib shorts and traditional ones. Baleaf Cycling Bib Shorts, affordable Pro cycling clothing.

I first bought these in my normal size XL. I'm a fairly big guy, 6' 250. I normally wear either an xl or xxl depending on brand. Looking at the sizing on the listing I went with xl but they were too big. They would have worked ok but there would have been very little to no compression from the fabric. I returned the xl and ordered a size large and they are PERFECT. I mean these are by far the best shorts I own. The padding is awesome. For a gel pad it is not like a diaper. It has just the right amount in the right place. The length is perfect, I'd say size large is about a 9" inseam. I have recommended these to several of my friends and they all have the same things to say. I would suggest anybody who wants a decent pair of bibs without dropping 100$ on up try these. I doubt you will be disappointed. I would have subtracted one star for the sizing being off, but they are so perfect now that I have the right size I am willing to overlook that. The return was free anyway.
These bibs are great for the price. After reading reviews, I decided to use these as HARD as I could for the first 30 days to ensure they wouldn't fall apart prematurely, but just outside of the return period.
So far, not a single issue. I'd say, compared to my Pearl Izumi Attack shorts (twice the price), they're 90% as good.
Comfort- I prefer the pad in these. It's thicker, but not too thick, and keeps me feeling less beat up over longer rides (in excess of 80 miles)
Fit- They fit quite similar. I went with the XL in these (same as the Pearl Izumi) and they're a similar fit. The only complaint I have with the fit is that the shoulder straps are a bit thinner in the front and they like to go off to the sides. This may seem odd, but I loved being able to cover up and protect my nipples in the PI Attack shorts; It's very difficult to do with the Baleaf, but sort of a moot point. They fit and stay in place great.
This was my first bib, and I am a convert. The padding is great. I also ordered MYNEKO short sleeve jersey and bib shorts which are good for the money, but the Baleaf will be my go to bibs. The shoulder material seems a little thin. The first time I put them on there was a little "tearing" noise, but I could not find any damage. Since then, I have had no issues. I'm 6'2" and 220 lbs. The large I ordered fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this bib every time.
Update: I have worn these 3-4 times and handwashed them carefully once. I noticed a rip in the mesh near the top of the shoulder strap running along the side stitching. It's about 1.5 - 2 inches long. I am fairly careful putting them on, so I can't imagine how the tear would have occurred other than the mesh material being too thin. I mentioned in the first post hearing a noise the first time putting them on, but I saw absolutely no damage after a close inspection. I like the bibs,...
