- Multi-stage Filtration: The oil mist purifier adopts multi-stage and multi-layer filtration principle, can match the number of filter sections according to the air volume to achieve the purification standard. Maximum filtration flow rate: 2m/s
- Aluminum Electrostatic Field: The internal electric field is made of aluminum plate and 304 stainless steel. Stage two, level four electrostatic, 6mm pitch pure aluminum electric field, effectively adsorb tiny oil mist particles below 0.3μm
- Pure Copper Motor: The machine uses pure copper core motor, strong power and low noise(65dB), which can work stably for a long time. Low energy consumption, the power consumption is just 1/5 of the traditional equivalent filtration equipment
- Metal Base: The design of the metal base makes the equipment as a whole more stable. There are 4 installation holes to fix the machine with screws
- Application: The oil fume collector can be installed on CNC machining centers, grinding machines, lathes and other machine tools, used to quickly purify, separate and recycle oil and water mist produced in the work process and resend the purified air into workshop to improve the air environment
