This is a Fine Art photo of a vintage Plymouth Barracuda tail light. The Plymouth Barracuda first rolled off the assembly line in 1964. It has a very distinctive rear end and tail light. Most cars had up until the 1960s round tail lights, but the Barracuda was a square light. It gave the car a more streamlined appearance and the tail light was easier to see in the night. Production of the classic Barracuda stopped in 1974, even though, it was gaining popularity as one of the nation's leading 'muscle cars'. It is unknown as to exactly why production was stopped. But those fortunate to still own their original car, are, indeed, very proud owners.
