  • Application Temperature: 41°F/5°C to 104°F/40°C. Color: Grey. Base Density: 2.80 g/cm³. Base Gel Strength (HF paddle): >150 g/cm. Solidifier Density: 1.40 g/cm³. Solidifier Gel Strength (QV paddle): 90 g/cm. Mixing Ratio by Weight (Base : Solidifier): 4:1; by Volume: 2:1. Slump Resistance: >0.5 in / >12.7 mm. VOC (ASTM D2369): 0.10% / 2.39 g/L. Volume Capacity 428 cm³ (26.1 in³)/kg.
  • Excellent bonding to metals including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass, copper & other rigid surfaces. Repair of oil and water leaks. Sealing of joints and flanges. Repair of cracks and holes on engine and pump casings, transformers, pipes, tanks, etc. Resurface of pitted metal surfaces. Creation of irregular load bearing shims and reforming of bearing housings.
  • Bonds strongly to wet, oily and manually prepared surfaces. Underwater Application. Cure at room temperature - no hot work involved. Excellent electrical insulation characteristics. Solvent-free. Reduced health and safety risks. Outstanding corrosion protection. Excellent chemical resistance. No shrinkage, expansion or distortion. Fully machinable using conventional tools.
  • Cure Times table 0.25 inch (6 mm) thickness. Machining and/or light loading: 6 hrs at 5°C, 4 hrs at 10°C, 2 hrs at 20°C, 1 hr at 30°C, 0.5 hr at 40°C. Full mechanical or thermal loading: 4 days at 5°C, 2 days at 10°C, 1 day at 20°C, 16 hrs at 30°C, 12 hrs at 40°C.
