Operate your draperies from the comfort of your bed or your favorite chair from up to 25 feet. Easy-to-install and plugs into any wall outlet. Adjustable from 68-120 Inch. Optional Battery Power Kit available for use without an outlet. Includes infrared Remote Control (with 3 X AAA batteries), Wall Adaptor with 12 ft. cord, wall brackets and mounting hardware. Holds up to 20 lbs. of draperies. Can be used with roller clips (included) or pin hooks (sold separately) for use with pinch pleat panels.Kindly follow the below instructions. Â· Verify the sensor attached to the motor is visible and within 25 foot range of the remote. Â· Verify the remote lights up and batteries are new. Â· Verify the plug outlet is still in working condition. Â· Verify the Rod Set Screw (letter M on the installation guide) is tightly screwed. Shown in step 8 on the attached installation instructions. Verify the center bracket is not too high and the rod is leveled. If the center bracket is too high, it misaligns the rods creating a possible hiccup in the pulley system
