- Linkage arms and mounting brackets are made of high strength, die cast aluminum alloy
- Spring loaded mechanism tucks step under rear bumper for ground clearance and hands-free drop down
- Step plate is non-skid, powder-coated, high strength extruded aluminum
- Provides easy, stair step access to truck bed with 6-inch drop and 300 pound load capacity
- Easy bolt-on installation in about 15 minutes in most applications
- Fits 2009-2018 dodge Ram 1500 & 2011-2018 Ram 2500/3500 (won’t fit duel exhaust system)
The TrekStep is a spring loaded step that provides easy access to the bed at rear coner of driver side. Quickly flip the step down with a push of your foot when needed, flip step up to stow under the rear bumper. Bolt on installation. Non skid powder coat finish step surface for better traction, stability. 3 year, 36,000 mile Limited Warranty. The step pad surface and linkage arms can be washed with mild soap and water using a soft brush or sponge to dislodge any mud, dirt or accumulated road grime. Rinse with fresh water
