- Kit includes the 70131 B Latch Template and the 70134 B Deadbolt Strike Template, providing all necessary tools for both latch and strike installations.
- Includes two red plastic center locators for accurate alignment with pre-bored holes, ensuring precise positioning.
- The 10" carriers are made from durable bamboo, providing eco-friendly construction and excellent stability during use.
- Features two adjustable red stops on the back of the template that can be adjusted up to 1/2", accommodating door jamb thicknesses of 1-3/8” to 1-3/4”.
- Fine steel nails at both ends of the carrier make it easy to securely attach the template to the door or jamb.
- Secure the template to the door jamb, remove the locator, and route the mortise using a 5/8” router template guide and a 1/2” mortising bit for smooth, accurate cuts.
