- Fits Tight Builds & Classics – Center-dump shorty headers for Gen 1 Small Block Chevy 265–400 V8 engines. Designed for 1923–1949 street rods, 1955–1957 Chevy full-size (Bel Air, 210, Nomad), and 1955–1959 Chevy/GMC trucks with front engine mounts or compatible custom mounts.
- Will Not Fit Later Mount Styles – Not compatible with GM side mounts (1958–1972), or any year of GM clamshell style mounts. Will not fit vehicles where the collector conflicts with factory frame brackets.
- Not Listed for Vehicles Manufactured After 1959 – These headers are designed around early hot rod and pre-1960 vehicle configurations.
- Black Aluminized Thermal Barrier Coating – Durable steel headers with heat- and corrosion-resistant coating. Includes upgraded copper gaskets, hardware, and 3-bolt collectors.
- Check Your Build Before Ordering – Will not fit angle-plug heads. These will interfere with steering boxes beside the collector (Nova, G-body) and crossmembers under center ports. Flexible dipsticks and short oil filters recommended.
