Description

  • Fits Tight Builds & Classics – Center-dump shorty headers for Gen 1 Small Block Chevy 265–400 V8 engines. Designed for 1923–1949 street rods, 1955–1957 Chevy full-size (Bel Air, 210, Nomad), and 1955–1959 Chevy/GMC trucks with front or custom mounts.
  • Not for Later Mount Styles – Will not fit vehicles using side mounts (1958–1972) or clamshell mounts (1973+). Collector interferes with factory crossmembers in these setups.
  • Not Listed for Vehicles Manufactured After 1959 – Dimensionally engineered for pre-1960 SBC applications.
  • Premium Stainless Construction – Polished 304 stainless steel with TIG-welded seams for durability and corrosion resistance. Includes upgraded copper collector gaskets, multi-layer copper/fiber head gaskets, hardware, and 3-bolt collectors.
  • Build Check Recommended – Not compatible with angle-plug heads. Interference may occur with steering boxes beside the collector (Nova, G-body) and frames with crossmembers under center ports. Flexible dipsticks and short oil filters recommended.
