If you could not use our Bluetooth Headset to connect your device, please reset the headset:
1.You could press and hold the MFB for 3s, then the Bluetooth Headset enters the pairing mode, you could see whether the indicator light flashes red and blue alternatively.

2.You don't pair any device, you need to press and hold the + and - volume 5s together.

3.You could see the indicator light flashes red and blue together. This method could solve the problem of difficult to connect our products.

How to pair:
1. Before using the Bluetooth headset for cell phones, please charges the item through USB cable
2. Press the power button for 3 sec or longer and you will see the Red-Blue light flashing alternately and a voice will inform you "Power on". It's default to be Bluetooth mode.
3. Active your smart phone's Bluetooth mode, and search the headset model#. And then finish connection.
