<p>Body Glide cares about quality and we warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects if purchased from an authorized Body Glide dealer.<br />In that case, please call Body Glide at 425-467-6580 and have the following information available:<br />• Name & size of product<br />• Lot/Batch code of the product (printed on the bottom of the product tube)<br />• Expiration date (printed on the bottom of the product tube)<br />• Where it was purchased<br />• Date of purchase<br />• Purchase price<br />You will need to return the original container and unused portion of the product, with a return merchandise authorization number and a copy of the original purchase receipt, to Body Glide headquarters, to receive a refund.  <br />The warranty does not cover:<br />• Products purchased other than from Body Glide or an authorized Body Glide dealer.<br />• Products that have passed their expiration date.<br />• Damage from storing the product contrary to directions on the packaging.<br />• Products purchased or delivered outside the country or area designated on the package.<br />• Products that have been tampered with or modified.</p>
