Description
- 24-Inch Box and Pan Brake - XW-2416 sheet metal brake is designed for forming boxes, pans, channels, flanges, brackets, covers, custom profiles, and small-batch sheet metal parts.
- 3-Segment Movable Finger Design - Movable fingers on the upper clamp, bed, and apron provide more forming options than single-position finger layouts, supporting box, pan, channel, and multi-shape bending setups.
- 16 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity - Supports 16 gauge / 1.5 mm mild steel across a 24 in / 610 mm bending length, with a 0-125 degree bending angle range for compatible sheet metal projects.
- Gap Control and Rear Stop - Knob-type blade gap adjustment helps set the brake for different compatible material thicknesses, while the rear stop adjusts up to 17.5 in / 445 mm for repeat positioning.
- Deep Box Capacity and Finger Set - 3.35 in / 85 mm maximum box depth supports deeper pans and boxes. Includes upper fingers: three 6 in, one 3 in, one 2 in, and one 1 in for different bend openings.
