The stock's Monte Carlo design has a built-up cheek piece, which helps to properly align the shooter's eye with a telescopic sight. The stock's oval pistol grip helps to quickly and correctly position the rifle's butt stock on the shoulder, further aiding in proper eye-to-scope alignment.

Material under the barrel channel has been removed to reduce weight and improve balance. The stock's ergonomically designed, hand-conforming forend helps ensure a steady, "on target" hold.
