Description
- Organic French Potato Crisps
- Ingredients: Potatoes * (61%), sunflower oil * (35%), Guérande sea salt (1.3%). * Organic ingredient from EU.
- Produced in a factory handling: gluten, milk, celery, mustard.
- Suitable for vegetarians.
- Bret’s, the 100% French brand, from the company Altho, took its name Bret’s from the diminutive of BRETagne by adding its possessive's. Bret's chips are only produced in the Pontivy basin, the main cradle of Breton potatoes.
- When preparing, the potatoes are simply washed, peeled then sliced before being cooked until cooked in sunflower oil. Altho has banned palm olein from the preparation of its chips to offer its products a nutritional profile rebalanced in fatty acids.
- Finally, the chips are salted and seasoned. For plain chips, the salt comes from the Guerande salt marshes where it is harvested by hand. It is unrefined and contains no additives.
