Description

  • Pneumatic Clamping Action: The pneumatic clamp operates when air pressure is applied to its cylinder, which extends a rod to press the clamp arm down onto a workpiece. The cylinder pneumatic clamp that functions this way allows for quick, repeatable clamping and release with the push of a button or valve, which can be fasters than manual clamping for repetitive tasks in a workshop or production setting.
  • 300mm Long Clamp Body: The holding capacity of the clamp is partly determined by its 300mm overall length, which provides the leverage and reach needed to clamp workpieces in a fixture or on a table. The pneumatic hold down clamp with this dimension is designed to fit into workspaces where a longer reach is necessary to access the workpiece from the side of a jig or table.
  • 60mm Adjustable Clamp Reach: The clamp features a clamping rod that can move approximately 60mm (about 2.3 inches) vertically, which is the distance it can extend to make contact with a workpiece of varying thickness. The pneumatic workholding tool with this adjustable reach allows it to accommodate different material thicknesses within its range, making it a more versatile tool for setups that involve parts of different sizes.
  • Mounted with M6 Base Screws: The air cylinder clamp comes with four M6 screws for attaching its base to a table, jig, or fixture. The pneumatic toggle clamp designed with this mounting system allows for a stable installation, which is important for maintaining consistent positioning and holding force during operations like welding, drilling, or assembly where precision is needed.
  • For Workshop and Fixturing: The air operated clamp is commonly used in welding to hold pieces together, in machining for securing parts in a fixture, or in assembly work. The fixture clamp serves users like machinists, welders, and fabricators who need a consistent, air-powered method to quickly secure materials, which can help keep no hands for other tasks and contribute to consistent work results.
