The lava III APC is a Canadian infantry fighting vehicle fitted with a two-man turret armed with a 25mm chain-driven autocannon called the M242 Bushmaster. It also has a coaxial 7.62mm machine gun. In addition, a 5.56mm machine gun is positioned on the top of the turret. The crew of the vehicle consists of three soldiers: the driver, gunner and commander. However, there is a possibility to transport up to seven fully-armed infantry soldiers. The basic armour of the lava III APC provides all-round protection against 7.62 small caliber rounds. In some cases, if ceramic armour is applied, it provides protection against 14.5 heavy caliber rounds. This unique new null from COBI includes a movable cannon, wheels and turret. The spotlights are manufactured in glow-in-the-dark plastic. Both the turret cover and hatches can be opened. The null has also has a driver figure armed with a machine gun and grenade launcher.
