Made of a special formula resilient vinyl plastic, these tough cutting pads are ideal for use with Osborne Punches. They are long wearing and can be used on both sides. Cutting pads should be used on a solid base for best results. The self-healing surface absorbs cuts and helps prevent scars from forming on the smooth face of the pad.
