- The Scorpion EX Cheese Plate allows you to mount the Scorpion EX directly onto a tripod, slider or Shoulder Support. Go back and forth from handheld shooting to a tripod without making any adjustments to your setup.
- The Cheese Plate features (21) ¼"-20 Threaded Mounts, (9) 3/8"-16 Threaded Mounts and (4) Through Holes. Constructed from 3/16 thick 5050 aluminum alloy and will connect to virtually any tripod, slider, or shoulder support.
- Solid brass feet with soft touch rubber coated tips ensure quick setup and non-slip traction. Equipped with (21) individual 1/4"-20 threaded mounts, (9) individual 3/8-16 threaded mounts, and (4) through holes (non-threaded).
- The versatile design enables the Scorpion platform to double as a DSLR cage allowing the operator to attach an endless variety of accessories, such as: lights, microphones, monitors, lavaliere transmitter, & stabilization weights.
- Constructed from high quality aluminum and hard anodized flat black. Made in USA.
The Cheese Plate/Tripod Mount allows the Scorpion EX to be tripod or Shoulder Support mounted. This drastically expands the capabilities of the Scorpion EX allowing the operator to instantly switch from handheld, to a tripod, to a Shoulder Support. The Scorpion EX is the only camera support rig that can be reconfigured for multiple uses with our wide variety of accessories.
