A favorite of professional chefs, Campanini has produced excellent Italian rice for over three generations. Campanini is a small, specialized riseria where each production step is under the supervision of a family member. This rice is all-natural and does not undergo any chemical treatment. This Arborio rice has a very wide and very long grain with a central wide pearl. Due to its high starch content this rice produces firm textures and is perfect for risotto. Made in Italy.
