- DENSE AND TOUGH: The SPPC Series pre-cut hose protectors are constructed from high-density polyethylene (HD-PE), a lightweight thermoplastic polymer that tolerates acids, oils and solvents, and they are made with anti-static and UV-protection additives. It can withstand temperatures from -60°F (-51°C) to 175°F (79°C).
