I read through this book and what it says makes sense. I haven't done it long enough to see results as I just got it today. I did try one of the 4 minute workouts. It looked pretty easy and I didn't think it would take much out of me. I am surprised at how much I can feel it! I think these workouts will be perfect for me to get in shape and lose a few pounds for the new year. There is enough variety to never get bored and to find something everyone can do. The concept could also be adapted for anyone with severe limitations or injury. The addition of a picture description (extra download) of all exercises is really great too. This is what I have been looking for!

I gave this workout guide four stars. It is for able bodied people without physical defects. There is also a link for a free pdf file showing the exercises contained in this book.

It has as stated, twenty-seven four minute fat burning workouts that can be done at home, in a park or in a gym. Many of the exercises use your own body weight so the equipment isn't expensive. The only requirement is having a four minute timer.

This book clearly explains why interval, short workouts are effective for weight loss and to be fit. There are described workouts and reasons why it works. I will be trying many of the workouts mentioned in the book. Thank you!
