The Carlisle 60103 burger cover / melting dome accelerates cooking and improves the moisture retention of burgers, chicken, sandwiches and more. The domes trap in heat and moisture promoting even heating and shortening cooking times.
The melting dome allows toppings such as cheese to be evenly melted without drying out. The domes are also ideal for maintaining an ideal serving temperatures. A heat-resistant knob stays cool to the touch for each removal.
Cast from commercial quality aluminum, the food domes are safe for use on grills and designed to reduce flare-ups. Domes are dishwasher safe.
