The Carlisle 3067007 Third Size polycarbonate drain shelf rests inside a food pan allowing moisture to move away from the top of salads, fried foods, meats, fruits, frozen desserts and vegetables. Foods will taste fresh and will maintain the presentation you intended. Polycarbonate plastic resists chipping, cracks and unsightly stains from food acids and oil. The temperature range (-40Â°F to 212Â°F) is ideal for freezing and warming applications. The drain shelf compliments Carlisle StorPlus food pans (sold separately) with the same long-lasting materials and fit to complete every food serving and presentation need. The drain shelf adheres to universal gastronorm catering industry size standards so it will fit in pans from other manufacturers. The shelf is NSF Listed and dishwasher safe. It has overall measurements of 10.38 x 4.75 x 0.6 inches (L x W x D).
