The Carlisle SC2607 acrylic pastry tray hinged cover is clear, has a handle at each end, and is suitable with a Carlisle 2618FMTQ Glasteel market tray (sold separately) for displaying food at a bakery or deli and protecting the food from airborne contaminants. The shield is made of acrylic resin for transparency and resistance to shattering, impacts, and most non-abrasive cleaners. A stainless steel hinge in the center and a handle at each end allow the cover to be opened from either side for convenience. The cover measures 26.19 x 18.20 x 4.00 inches/66.52 x 46.23 x 10.16 cm (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) It is free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations.
