- RESTAURANT GRILLING PLANKS: Perfect to cook and serve salmon or other dishes at a restaurant. Cedar pairs well with fish, seafood, vegetables, soft cheeses with a rind, pork chops, tofu & more.
- HIGH-QUALITY WOOD: Organic and sustainably produced in the USA. We do not use any adhesives in our planks, and all cedar planks are made from Western Red Cedar.
- FOOD SAFE: All of our grilling products, including our seconds, are 100% natural and free of any chemical additives. Our North Idaho facility only utilizes food-grade lubricants in production.
