KutMaster will, at its option, repair or replace any KutMaster Knife or Tool that is defective in materials or workmanship. For warranty service, the KutMaster Knife of Tools should be returned to the place of purchase or mailed to KutMaster at 820 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502. This warranty is void if the KutMaster Knife or Tool has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper services, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KutMaster shall not be liable for incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurred as a result of the design, manufacture, sale and/or use of the KutMaster Knife or Tool or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
