- 100W UV Exposure: Operating at AC100-120V with a 395nm wavelength. Compared with traditional screen printing exposure lamps, it significantly shortens the curing time of photosensitive emulsion, requiring only approximately 1.5 minutes for exposure, with the exact duration varying depending on the thickness of the emulsion. Moreover, it provides uniform light distribution, which improves the efficiency of your screen printing
- Timing Device: Caydo UV exposure lamp is equipped with a timing device, supporting exposure time settings ranging from 0.5 to 9.5 minutes. The duration can be increased or decreased in 0.5-minute increments via buttons. It automatically turns off when the set time is up to prevent over-exposure. The timer screen displays the previous usage time directly during the next operation, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments
