Description
- 100W UV Exposure: 216 LED Beads with a 395nm wavelength. Compared with traditional screen printing exposure lamps, it significantly shortens the curing time of photosensitive emulsion, requiring only approximately 1.5 minutes for exposure, with the exact duration varying depending on the thickness of the emulsion. Moreover, it provides uniform light distribution, which improves the efficiency of your screen printing
- Timing Device: Caydo UV exposure lamp is equipped with a timing device, supporting exposure time settings ranging from 0.5 to 9.5 minutes. The duration can be increased or decreased in 0.5-minute increments via buttons. It automatically turns off when the set time is up to prevent over-exposure. The timer screen displays the previous usage time directly during the next operation, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments
- Flexible Frame Compatibility: Our 100W screen printing light has a wide exposure area, covering screen frames from 10 x 14 inches to 20 x 24 inches. It meets the exposure needs of screens of various sizes and provides stable and excellent exposure effects
