You can install this lid instantly on the top of any standard cooking pot. The lid traps in heat and steam preventing the water in your pot from evaporating over long sous vide cooks. The lid is easy to fold open, so you can check on your meal during the cooking process. When you're done simply throw it in the dishwasher for easy clean up. Storing the lid is easy with the built-in hanging eyelet.
